There’s nobody like you, nobody can touch you.

Weekend update:

Goth night was somewhat of a success.  No one except Kate and I dressed up but there were a lot of  people at my house (around 15) and I didn’t know most of them.  We didn’t do much besides play scene it (thank you Bob Topley) and sit around but I had fun and I hope other people did too.  The boy I’m interested in brought his ex which is kind of weird but they’re friends and she’s a nice girl.  Rest of the weekend I did nothing but catch up on sleep, kinda lame.  I saw Moon with Eric the other night and it was a really good/ different movie. Definitely not like any other movie I’ve seen.  When I dropped Eric off he kissed me goodnight and I keep wondering if he did it cause he wanted to or because he felt obligated to. Ugh.

This guy Dave I work with is a really nice dude, probably my favorite person here.  He’s a little younger than my dad and he’s just really friendly.  Today he came up to my desk and said, “Working at a desk isn’t that exciting, is it?  That’s a lesson for you.” It bummed me out, he’ll be working at a desk doing the same thing for the next 10 years, completely aware of how terrible it is.  Atleast I only have to do this for the summer, but just knowing that he’s aware of how miserable this lifestyle is makes me sad.  I really hope I’m happy with the career I have and I hope it doesn’t involve sitting at a computer for 8+ hours.

Really nothing to look forward to this week, my life is monotinous at best.
